Honeywell Granit XP 1990iSRGranit XP 1990iSR Ultra-Rugged Area-Imaging Scanner is best-in-class by being built to survive harsh treatment, including being able to survive a 10 foot drops. 

Granit scanners have deeply recessed, scratch and impact resistant windows to prevent scan failures.  They also have a rating of IP67 to insure that dust and moisture to not enter the case
